A new way to enjoy Pinot Noir!
I think we’re on to something here. Quite exciting, really - the nose explodes with fresh strawberry, red cherry and rose petals, with a lovely toasted hazelnut roundness. The palate is all verve and excitement - wonderfully bright and racy, generous red berry and tart cherry flavors and a lovely citrusy edge. Refreshing, with a beautiful creamy texture from the tiny bubbles.
Pinot Noir, yes, but not as you know it.
