2024 STARK Pinot Noir Rosé

This Rosé from our LIVE Certified estate vineyard is the little black dress of summer wine.

 

Crafted from three Pinot Noir clones—Coury, Dijon 115, and Pommard—this vibrant coral-hued party girl is the diva of the summer runway. She's endowed with an alluring nose of fragrant orange blossom, crisp green apple, and the delicate mystique of Moroccan rose petal water, finished with a subtle whisper of fresh basil (just for giggles).

 

The palate begins with graceful elegance before revealing a rounder, more generous texture than you might expect. Layers of juicy watermelon and pomegranate unfold into a rich pineapple-tangerine finish that lingers long after each sip. She's zesty, she's sassy, she's complex with great verve—a very sexy glass of wine indeed!

 

I'll be sipping this one all summer long, especially alongside fresh-from-the-sea Dungeness crab.
