This is a BIG, Beautiful Cabernet! From high-elevation blocks, this “Old Vine” Cabernet Sauvignon at Elephant Mountain Vineyard comes a wine of striking intensity and character. The nose is rich and expressive, with complex layers of black cherry, pipe tobacco, and espresso bean. On the palate, the wine is deep, powerful, and unapologetically full-bodied, showcasing concentrated brambly black and red fruits, black currant, roasted herbs, violet, and hints of charred earth and savory spice.
