100% Mourvedre from Elephant Mountain, Rattlesnake Hills, WA - a seductive, sultry aroma of dark, ripe balckberries. Full bodied, rich and smooth with a spicy verve. After a particularly difficult day, this is my "Wine Down" beverage of choice - I relax, let the tensions melt as I savor her nuances. Pairing, I'd suggest a flame grilled rare steak with roasted potatoes.
