2022 Counoise

100% Counoise from Elephant Mountain, Rattlesnake Hills, WA. A rare variety (1580 acres in France, maybe 50 in the US) rarer still as a varietal - our fourth bottling of this ancient grape from the southern Rhone. She's a zesty little princess, a nice bright cranberry/orange nose with a wild berry palate  - pretty and beguiling, this is the wine I'll bring to impress my friends. Believe me, goes spectacularly with spicy food!
