63% Cab Franc, 22% Dolcetto, 15% Pinot Noir
On a recent trip, I was inspired by the bright reds of Mt. Etna, vineyards high on the flanks of the volcano, just east of Catania, Sicily. We've created our own "mountain" blend, Chehalem Mountain that is - exclusively from our estate vineyards. This spirited little princess is all vibrant, herbaceous and spicy! Lighter in body with a soft finish, this easy drinking red is the perfect wine as we head into warmer days. Around our family table, she's our Vino Della Casa, the quintessential Italian red table wine.
