A nice spicy pepper to be sure but there's way more - a deep draw from the glass - pure magic, the beguiling aroma of carmelized sugar, toasty oak and fresh baked blueberry muffins swaddled with notes of fresh brewed espresso. The palate, full bodied and lush, smooth yet complex - dark berries, cola, cocoa and a wee bit of cigar box on the finish - to pair, roasted meats, a 5 year aged gouda - you can thank me later.
