The absolutely perfect summer red! Lively, fresh, zesty with a vibrant acidity, perfect for ‘summer grill’ fare! Tart cherry, strawberry compote, spicy pepper and yes, black licorice on the nose - can’t get nose out of glass! The palate, just plain pretty – surprisingly complex with ripe raspberries and strawberry cola - refreshing, lively and satisfying. Truly a joy paired with food!
