83% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec

Here we've taken a plump, ripe Merlot, amped it up with some Cab Franc, then added density and complexity with a touch of Malbec - just plain luscious I say! An intoxicating nose of blueberry jam, dried cherry, espresso and fresh-baked waffle cones. Decadent and lush on the palate, gorgeously complex, beaming with concentrated ripe black plum, blackberry and dark chocolate flavors. Round and full, absolutely delicious with plenty of dark depth, and a satisfyingly long fruit-forward finish. Say Cheese! Manchego, Aged Gouda, White Cheddar or pair it with Brie and I promise you Nirvana!
